About Mark
Mark started Muirhead Law in 2021 to guide clients through some of the most difficult challenges they face, drawing on seven years of experience in both litigation and solicitor's work. He is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Law Society of Alberta and has conducted hearings in the provincial and superior courts of both provinces, practising primarily in civil litigation, employment law, human rights law, and wills and estates law. He regularly provides legal research and writing services to a major Canadian legal publisher, with work published on WestlawNext Canada, and worked in the Professional Conduct Department of the Law Society of British Columbia before being called to the bar. During law school he completed an internship with the Terrorism Prevention Branch of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime in Vienna, and he provides pro bono legal services on human rights, wrongful dismissal, employment, tenancy, family law, and debt collection matters.
