About Greg
Greg Palm is Hamilton Duncan's managing partner and senior counsel in the Civil & Commercial Litigation group, practising commercial litigation and business disputes, real estate litigation, collections and foreclosure, and employment and human rights matters. He devotes significant practice time to disputes between lawyers and clients over legal fees and litigation costs, regularly assisting law firms with establishing and recovering fee entitlements. He holds a Q.Arb (qualified arbitrator) designation from the ADR Institute of Canada, founded his own boutique litigation firm in South Surrey in 2010 before moving it to Hamilton Duncan in 2013, and is a past president of the Surrey Bar Association.
