Drew Ritchie is an associate in Cox & Palmer's Halifax office. He was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2020 after completing his articles with Cox & Palmer, having earned his law degree from the University of New Brunswick in 2019 following a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in 2016. He advises corporate clients on financing, acquisitions and divestitures, corporate structuring, real property development, and compliance matters, and supports clients on freedom of information and access to information requests. His practice also includes work with clients in the energy and natural resources field.
