About Jasmine

Jasmine Mary Ghosn is licensed to practice law in both Ontario and Nova Scotia. She has represented regulated health care professionals in Ontario since her call to the bar in 2000, including hospitals, doctors, nurses, dentists, dental hygienists, occupational therapists, pharmacists, veterinarians, massage therapists, chiropractors, and social workers. She served for seven years as health policy and legal advisor for the Ontario Dental Association, helping manage a province-wide mediation program for patient disputes. In Nova Scotia, she runs a general litigation practice covering professional regulation, commercial contracts, construction projects, and shareholder disputes. Jasmine has appeared before various Discipline Committees and in the superior and appellate courts of both provinces. She is a past chair of the Ontario Bar Association's Health Law Section and a past chair of the Review Board under Nova Scotia's Involuntary Psychiatric Treatment Act. She divides her time between Toronto and Halifax.
