About Douglas

Douglas earned his Juris Doctorate from Seattle University School of Law in 2002, having represented accused persons in jury trials as a legal intern with the Defender Association in Seattle before graduating. He then spent five years running a high-volume criminal defence practice in Seattle, handling a wide variety of charges. A move to Canada in 2008 brought him to Pinkofskys Criminal Trial and Appeal Lawyers, where he became a partner in 2010. He has continued to build a record of jury and judge-alone trial acquittals across Canadian criminal courts, handling cases involving guns, drugs, murder, sex offences, and robbery.
