About Diana
Diana is a partner at Beard Winter LLP who practices exclusively in insurance defence litigation, having previously worked at an insurance litigation boutique in Toronto before joining the firm. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2010. Her caseload spans bodily injury claims, occupiers' liability, education law, commercial general liability, property damage disputes and subrogation, and she represents domestic and international insurers, self-insured corporations, and a large school board. Diana's work often involves defending negligence, breach of duty and breach of contract claims. She earned her J.D. from Western Law in 2009 and holds a B.Sc. (Hons) from York University.
