About Diana

Diana Bahous is building a broad corporate practice at Davies. She has assisted on public and private mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, corporate tax reorganizations, banking and corporate finance matters, and corporate governance projects. Her work has touched a range of industries, including private equity, telecommunications infrastructure, renewable energy, and industrial manufacturing, supporting clients such as portfolio companies of private equity sponsors and public issuers. Before joining Davies, she owned and operated her own aesthetics business.
