About Dessa

Dessa Booth is an associate and member of the firm's Insurance Practice Group. Her litigation practice covers professional liability, construction, product liability, property damage and business disputes, as well as occupiers' liability, personal injury, defamation and subrogated claims. She represents institutional and individual clients across a range of industries in both British Columbia and Ontario, at the provincial and superior court levels. Booth was called to the bar in both provinces in 2024. She earned her J.D. from the University of Ottawa, where she worked at the Community Legal Clinic and served as an editor of the Ottawa Law Review, and holds a BSc (Hons) in Biology from Queen's University.
