About Adam

Adam Bruschetta is an associate in the firm's corporate and commercial, mergers and acquisitions, banking and lending, and real estate groups. He advises clients on buying and selling businesses, setting up new corporations, corporate reorganizations, banking and lending arrangements, and commercial agreements. He articled with the firm in the summer of 2020, after finishing his second year at Dalhousie's Schulich School of Law, and returned to article again in 2021. Before law school he earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Simon Fraser University while working as a server and bartender, a job that led him into the 2018 Aprons for Gloves charity boxing event, where he fought in front of a full house at Vancouver's Commodore Ballroom to raise funds for at-risk youth in the city's Downtown Eastside. He is a keen sports fan and Toronto Maple Leafs supporter who enjoys the outdoors.
