About Vlada
Uladzislava (Vlada) Hershtynovich practices as an associate at Kastner Ko LLP, concentrating on union-side labour law. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2024 and graduated with distinction from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law, after earning an Honours BA in Criminology from York University. She previously articled at a boutique labour and employment firm, appearing before the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, and private arbitrators. Before pursuing law, Vlada worked as a legal assistant to in-house counsel at a large Toronto construction union.
