About Martha
Martha Martindale is a partner in Osler's Financial Services Group, working out of Vancouver. Her practice touches nearly every type of commercial lending arrangement, from term loans and revolving facilities to syndications, convertible debt, asset-backed financing, project finance and construction lending. She regularly handles cross-border deals involving trust indentures and intercreditor arrangements among multiple lenders, acting for banks, borrowers, agents and trustees alike. Martha also counsels buyers and sellers on commercial property purchases and leases, including sale-leaseback structures.
