About Denis
Denis Fleming is a partner in Cox & Palmer's St. John's office, practising primarily in commercial litigation and insurance defence. He earned his J.D. from the University of Toronto in 2002 and was called to the Newfoundland and Labrador Bar in 2004, having been admitted in Ontario in 2003. His insurance practice covers coverage disputes, product liability, construction claims, and professional negligence, and he also handles regulatory matters in the oil and gas sector. He serves on the firm's Management Committee as deputy Managing Partner in St. John's.
