About Dana

Dana Constantine is an associate in Stewart McKelvey's St. John's office, called to the Newfoundland and Labrador bar in 2018 and bilingual in English and French. She spent her first four years in private practice acting for a provincial energy company, appearing at a public inquiry and in commercial arbitration and class action proceedings tied to a construction megaproject, and has advised oil and gas and mining companies on contract disputes and regulatory and environmental matters. She also spent two years as legal counsel with a provincial government before returning to private practice in 2024. Constantine maintains a civil litigation practice spanning commercial and construction disputes, class actions and insurance defence matters, and holds a BCL/LLB from McGill University (2017) and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Memorial University (2013).
