Employment & Labour LawKelly McMillan is a workplace investigator whose practice focuses on human rights law and administrative law. She regularly investigates complaints of harassment, discrimination and sexualized violence for employers and institutions across Atlantic Canada, and chairs regulatory committees for the Nova Scotia Nursing and Midwifery Regulator. Kelly sits on the roster of board of inquiry adjudicators under the Nova Scotia Human Rights Act and has appeared before all levels of court in Nova Scotia, the Federal Court and the Supreme Court of Canada. She earned her common law and civil law degrees at McGill University, graduating with the Elizabeth Torrance Gold Medal, and completed a judicial clerkship with Madam Justice Anne L. Mactavish of the Federal Court. Kelly is originally from Prince Edward Island and is called to the bar of Nova Scotia and Yukon.
