About Declan

Declan Redman is counsel at Arvay Finlay LLP, called to the bar in British Columbia in December 2013. He maintains a diverse litigation practice with a particular interest in Aboriginal law, appellate advocacy, constitutional law, and administrative law. He is Métis and a member of the Métis Nation of British Columbia. Before joining Arvay Finlay, he practised for six years at Kelliher & Turner and from 2019 to 2023 at Cook Roberts LLP. He is a volunteer practice coach with the Canadian Bar Association and is involved with Access Pro Bono and the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia. He graduated from the Te Piringa Faculty of Law at the University of Waikato in New Zealand in 2012.
