About Dean

Dean Stanley is a partner at McKercher LLP's Saskatoon office focusing on insurance law, particularly insurance defence, subrogation, and coverage matters. He completed a combined commerce and law program at the University of Saskatchewan and has appeared before all levels of Saskatchewan court. He articled with McKercher, joined as an associate in May 2009, and became partner in 2017. Dean earned a Bachelor of Commerce with distinction in Finance from the University of Saskatchewan in 2007 and a Bachelor of Laws in 2008, and was selected for The Best Lawyers in Canada 2026 for Insurance Law in Saskatoon.
