About David
David Wilson is a partner based in Osler's Montreal office, where he is a member of the taxation group. His practice covers domestic and international tax planning, tax dispute resolution, and litigation. He advises clients on cross-border acquisitions and dispositions, business combinations, corporate restructurings, and financing transactions, and represents clients in disputes with tax authorities. He joined Osler's summer program in 2012 and was subsequently admitted to the bar of Quebec in 2014. He holds civil law and common law degrees from McGill University, and volunteered with the Legal Information Clinic at McGill during his studies.
