About David

David Harvey is a partner in Richards Buell Sutton's Business Law Services Group, Employment and Human Rights Group, and Technology and Innovation Group, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, employment matters, and contractual agreements including service and SaaS agreements. He has developed particular expertise in the technology and video game sector as well as the health care and dental industries, and serves as a Clinic Adjunct Professor at the Richards Buell Sutton Centre for Business Law at UBC's Peter A. Allard School of Law. He holds a J.D. from the University of Victoria (2010) and a B.A. from Simon Fraser University (2006), and was called to the bar in 2011.
