About David

David Munday is Cunningham Swan's managing partner and a partner in its real estate and municipal groups, with the firm since 2009. He attended the University of Guelph before earning his J.D. from Queen's University in Kingston. His practice covers acquisition, disposition and financing of real property, land development, plans of subdivision and condominium, commercial leasing and financing, and municipal governance and taxation. He sits on the executive committee of the Kingston Home Builders Association and has served as a director of the Food Sharing Project.
