About Channdeep
Channdeep Singh Nagi was called to the Ontario bar in 2021 and joined Aitken Robertson as an articling student before becoming an associate at the firm. The practice includes cases involving sexual assault, domestic assault, and impaired driving, along with immigration work such as permanent resident, temporary resident visa, and work permit applications, including matters involving criminal inadmissibility. Before moving to Canada, Channdeep worked as a lawyer in India, leading public interest litigation challenging constitutional breaches by government bodies, and holds a law degree from Panjab University along with an LL.M. from Osgoode Hall Law School. Channdeep describes a client-centred approach, looking for weaknesses in the prosecution's case and keeping clients informed throughout. Before entering the legal profession, Channdeep managed a construction firm.
