About Courtney

Courtney earned her Juris Doctor from the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law at Lakehead University in 2022 and holds an Honours Bachelor of Science, double majoring in psychology and biology, from the University of Toronto's St. George campus. Originally from Toronto, she moved to Thunder Bay for Lakehead's condensed law program, where she served as a supervising caseworker with the school's legal clinic, Lakehead University Community Legal Services, providing free legal services to low-income Thunder Bay residents on criminal offences, provincial offences, small claims and landlord-tenant matters. She completed her practice placement at a client-centred firm, gaining experience in wills and estates, real estate and family law, before joining Wilson Brigneti in the fall of 2022.
