About David
David Jamieson holds a partner role at Osler, working within the Emerging and High Growth Companies group out of the Toronto office. His practice covers corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and commercial matters, and he advises growing companies throughout their lifecycle along with the venture capital, private equity, and strategic investors who fund or acquire them. David has worked closely with founders shaping Canada's technology and science sectors and is connected to several local and national innovation and accelerator programs, where he leads workshops on fundraising and M&A. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Studies from McGill University before completing his J.D. at Queen's University.
