David Hayward
David was called to the bar in 1994 and practises in Burlington with Martin & Hillyer Associates. He has an active motor vehicle accident practice and represents plaintiffs in LTD, CPP and other personal injury claims, including before the Licence Appeal Tribunal. He also practises criminal law with a focus on mental health issues, conducting hearings before the Ontario Review Board.
