About Victoria
Victoria Yang is an associate at Howie, Sacks & Henry whose practice centres on mass torts and class actions, including product liability and airplane accident claims. She has represented clients before the Small Claims Court, the Superior Court of Justice, the Federal Court of Appeal, and various administrative tribunals. While studying law at the University of Toronto, she worked as a faculty research assistant and as a caseworker at Downtown Legal Services and Advocates for Injured Workers, and served on the executive of the Asian Law Society. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2017 and speaks Shanghainese and Mandarin. In 2024 she was named the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers' Young Lawyer of the Year.
