About Andrew
Andrew has focused on personal injury work since joining Bergel Magence LLP in 2001, becoming a partner there in 2007. His caseload centers on serious motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-fall incidents, dog attack claims, long-term disability disputes, brain injury cases and catastrophic impairment matters. Having survived a serious car accident himself, he says he understands the toll such cases take on clients and their families. He has argued matters before the Superior Court of Justice and the Financial Services Commission and is known for combining technical skill with an approachable style. Andrew earned his LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2001 and a BA from the University of Western Ontario in 1998, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2002.
