About Adam

Adam grew up in Cambridge, Ontario, and earned an Honours degree in Economics and Financial Management from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2015 as its top graduating economics student. He went on to law school at Western University, graduating in 2018, and has practiced ever since. His work spans business and corporate matters, real estate, contracts, and business transactions, including incorporations, shareholder agreements, and asset and share purchases. He also handles wills, powers of attorney, and Henson trusts. He has represented clients before the Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, and the Landlord and Tenant Board on various civil disputes. Adam belongs to the Ontario Bar Association and the Waterloo Law Association, and outside work he enjoys woodworking and following the stock market.
