About Vishal

Vishal Kant Bajpai founded Bajpai Law Corporation in August 2008 and focuses on family law, collaborative divorce and separation, family mediation, real estate, wills and estates, and corporate law. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology from Simon Fraser University (2000) and a Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria (2003), and was called to the Bar of British Columbia in July 2005 after articling with Sidney S. Shook, QC at Shook Wickham Bishop & Field in Campbell River, where he practised personal injury and family law and acted as an agent of the Department of Justice on drug and fisheries matters. He later worked in corporate law at firms in Maple Ridge and downtown Vancouver, the latter focused on securities law. He is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Collaborative Association of the Lower Mainland, the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, Mediate BC, and the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia, has completed additional training in family law arbitration and mediation, and volunteers with Access Pro Bono.
