About Drew

Drew Davis joined Logica Law in 2026 and is a corporate and commercial lawyer focusing on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions, advising clients on business formation, capitalization, growth, and governance. He articled and practised in the corporate finance and securities group at Lawson Lundell LLP from 2012 to 2015 before moving into the investment industry, where he manages an alternative investment business, Blue Sand Securities, that raises institutional capital for hedge funds and private equity and credit managers. Drew obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Victoria in 2012, where he received the University of Victoria President's Scholarship, the Susanne and Gerry Roufs Scholarship, and the Professor Jim Ellis Memorial Prize in International Law.
