About Darcy
Darcy Merkur has spent more than 25 years assisting people in Toronto and across Ontario who have endured a prolonged stay in a trauma hospital following an accident, including significant brain injuries and major orthopaedic or spinal cord injuries requiring surgery. He is a Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation with the Law Society of Ontario and is qualified as a Certified Brain Injury Specialist by the Brain Injury Association of America. Much of his practice involves catastrophically injured motorists, along with injured children and teenagers, motorcyclists, pedestrians, and families who have lost a loved one. He personally created the Ontario Personal Injury Damages Calculator, a tool now used widely by personal injury lawyers to help quantify claims.
