About Behnam

Behnam Nadimfard is a founding partner of Nadimfard Golpira LLP in Toronto. He represents individuals and businesses in employment law, personal injury and accident benefits claims, insurance and property disputes, commercial litigation, and construction and condominium disputes. Before co-founding the firm, he worked at several Bay Street litigation and employment law firms on complex disputes for institutional clients, employers, insurers, and businesses. He holds a Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto, which informs his advice on workplace disputes. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Small Claims Court, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and the Canada Industrial Relations Board. Behnam advises clients in both English and Farsi.
