About Adrienne
Adrienne Novak's practice covers all aspects of family law, including parenting issues, child and spousal support claims, property division, and contracts. She has experience with international family law matters, including child abduction cases under the Hague Convention, and has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice as well as the Superior Court of Justice. Adrienne previously practiced estate law, advising clients on interpreting and challenging wills. She looks for solutions tailored to her clients' needs and tries to resolve matters outside of court whenever possible. Before joining Thomson Rogers, she worked at a boutique family litigation firm in Toronto. Adrienne co-authored the family law section of Holmested and Watson: Ontario Civil Procedure, published by Carswell.
