About Danny

Danny Spencer is a partner at TDS whose practice covers corporate, commercial and transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, agreement negotiation, corporate reorganizations, securities, and banking and finance matters. He also regularly assists clients with commercial real estate purchases, financing, development and leasing transactions. His recent work includes private equity financings, an acquisition for a large international manufacturing purchaser, and leasing transactions in Western Canada for a real estate investment trust. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University (2006) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Manitoba (2010), and was called to the Manitoba bar in 2011.
