About Jonathan
Jonathan's practice focuses primarily on corporate and commercial law, including asset and share purchase transactions, commercial real estate transactions, corporate restructuring, financing transactions, corporate governance, and commercial leasing for both landlords and tenants. He brings a practical approach to clients' real estate and business needs, refined while working for his family's business before law school. Jonathan was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2017 and holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Kent, earned in 2015. He serves as a director of Teen Challenge of Central Canada Inc. and Lighthouse Mission Inc.
