About Danny
Danny represents employers across the full range of labour and employment law, with particular strength in labour relations, construction labour relations, and employment litigation. He has appeared in numerous arbitrations, collective bargaining negotiations, wrongful dismissal cases, and tribunal hearings, and regularly appears before the Ontario Labour Relations Board on certification applications and unfair labour practice complaints. His clients range from unionized to non-unionized employers, spanning construction, energy, education, technology, and healthcare. Before entering law, Danny worked at a major Canadian bank in retail banking and sponsorship marketing, experience he now brings to bear in giving practical, business-focused advice. He holds a Juris Doctor from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2016.
