About Danielle

Danielle Iampietro has served as Managing Partner of Scarfone Hawkins since 2023, leading one of Hamilton's established full-service firms. Her practice focuses on business law, including mergers and acquisitions, secured transactions, insolvency, and corporate restructuring, advising chartered banks, credit unions, public companies, and institutions across a range of sectors. Her work has included advising the Venetor Group on its acquisition by United Rentals of Canada, assisting the Business Development Bank of Canada on a $57 million financing of McMaster Innovation Park's research complex, and helping structure a merger of independent car dealerships in Ontario. Danielle was recently named an RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards Excellence Finalist for her leadership and mentoring of future lawyers. She earned her BA and Sc. from McMaster University in 1994 and her LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1997, and she was called to the Ontario bar in 1999.
