About Daniel

Daniel Boucher joined Arkin Furrow Estate Law as an associate in 2024, bringing prior experience in trust and estate litigation from a firm known for its work in trust, estate and capacity disputes. He has a particular interest in helping estate trustees manage the complexities of administering an estate while litigation is underway, and he emphasizes dispute resolution to control litigation costs for clients. Before his call to the Ontario bar, Daniel worked at a Cayman Islands firm providing trust administration and fiduciary services to high-net-worth clients, family offices and asset managers. He holds a J.D. from the University of Southampton and a B.A. from McGill University, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2022. Originally from Montreal, Daniel is fluent in English and French.
