About Stanley
Stanley Z. Grossman has practiced real estate law for more than 45 years, alongside a secondary focus in commercial, immigration, and wills and estates law. He works on sizeable commercial real estate deals, financing arrangements and development projects, and has deep experience in condominium conveyancing, having helped write the Condominium Practice Manual. He also advises hospitality industry clients on acquiring, selling and financing hotels and negotiating related management and franchise agreements. He has been with the firm since 1982. He earned his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1972, was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1974 and the New York State Bar in 1986, and became a Certified Specialist in Real Estate Law in 2004.
