C. David Freedman serves as counsel, focusing his practice on estate, trust, and guardianship litigation, and also works as a mediator in these areas. He holds an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School, an M.A. from Oxford University, and a Ph.D. from Cambridge University, and was called to the Ontario bar in 1990.
