C. David Freedman serves as counsel, focusing his practice on estate, trust, and guardianship litigation, and also works as a mediator in these areas. He holds an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School, an M.A. from Oxford University, and a Ph.D. from Cambridge University, and was called to the Ontario bar in 1990. Beyond practice, he is a tenured academic at Queen's University's Faculty of Law, teaching Wills & Estates, Trusts, Estate Litigation, and Civil Procedure, and previously served as Editor in Chief of the Estates, Trusts & Pensions Journal. He is certified as a Specialist in Estates & Trusts Law by the Law Society of Ontario and belongs to the Society of Trust & Estate Professionals.
