About Daniel

Daniel Steinberg is a partner who practices municipal, land use planning and development law, working with landowners, developers, municipalities and government agencies to negotiate and put in place complex arrangements for building communities across Ontario. He focuses on land development infrastructure financing and cost sharing, and regularly serves as legal counsel and trustee for landowner and developer groups under community cost-sharing agreements covering the funding and coordination of land and infrastructure. He also advises clients on corporate and real property matters tied to land development. Daniel holds an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa (2007) and a B.A. from Huron University at the University of Western Ontario (2001), and is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Building Industry and Land Development Association.
