About Daniel
Daniel Michaelson is a partner at Neinstein Personal Injury Lawyers with a broad litigation practice spanning motor vehicle accidents, product liability and medical malpractice matters. He regularly appears before all levels of court and handles hearings across the tribunal system, and colleagues often turn to him for complex legal arguments and trials. Daniel earned his honours BA at York University, graduating cum laude and winning the Merit Award as top student in his history and archaeology program, before completing his law degree at the University of Western Ontario. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2008. Daniel is active in Toronto's Jewish-Canadian community and speaks Hebrew, and he's a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Advocates Society.
