About Daniel

Daniel MacLennan is an associate at Peck and Company. He joined the firm as an articled student after receiving his Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia in 2024. During his studies, he assisted clients through the Indigenous Community Legal Clinic, the British Columbia Civil Liberties Association, and the Law Students Legal Advice Program. He competed in the Burns Moot, completed directed research in the philosophy of law, and helped develop a graduate-level seminar in administrative law as a research assistant. Before law school, he earned a Master of Arts in political theory and worked for several years as a Law School Admissions Test instructor.
