About Caroline

Caroline Senini is a partner at Peck and Company whose practice covers criminal, quasi-criminal, constitutional, and regulatory litigation. She defends individuals and organizations at trial and on appeal, with expertise in complex matters including homicides, sexual assaults, and cases involving mental health. Caroline volunteers with UBC law school's Allan McEachern Advanced Trial Advocacy Program, serves as President of the Advocates' Club, sits as a member at large of the Canadian Bar Association's National Criminal Justice Section, and mentors through the CBABC Women Lawyers Forum. In 2025 she received the CBABC WLF Kathryn Sainty, KC Rising Star Award. Before joining Peck and Company, she worked at a commercial litigation firm in Vancouver and clerked for justices at the Supreme Court of British Columbia. She received her Juris Doctor and Master of Global Affairs from the University of Toronto in 2015.
