About Patrick
Patrick Power is an associate in DWF's Calgary office. He has previously practiced with a regional firm in his hometown of St. John's and with a restructuring and litigation boutique in Toronto, and served as in-house litigation counsel for a global legal technology company. Power has appeared at all court levels in Newfoundland and Labrador, before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice including its Commercial List, the Court of King's Bench of Alberta, and various private arbitration panels. His litigation experience spans commercial, shareholder, personal injury, employment, and construction disputes, along with insolvency proceedings and regulatory investigations, drawing on this range to offer clients pragmatic, strategic advice. He earned his JD at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, in 2017, and holds bar admissions in Newfoundland and Labrador, Ontario, and Alberta.
