About Daniel

Daniel L. Stevenson is the Managing Partner of Cox & Palmer's Fredericton office. He holds a B.B.A. from the University of New Brunswick, an LL.B. from L'Université de Moncton, and an LL.M. in Tax from Osgoode Hall Law School. His bilingual practice covers corporate, commercial, tax and estate planning matters, and he regularly advises business owners, banks and individuals on mergers and acquisitions, commercial financings, tax-driven reorganizations, venture capital financings, commercial real estate, and succession and estate planning. He has managed the Fredericton office since 2020 and belongs to the Canadian Tax Foundation, the York-Sunbury Law Society, and the Association des juristes d'expression française du Nouveau-Brunswick.
