About Kyle

Kyle acts for vendors and purchasers in complex share and asset acquisition transactions across regulated and unregulated industries, and advises on equity financing including seed, angel, and venture capital raises. Work includes advising medical technology companies on capital raising and divestitures, representing public companies in private debt and equity placements, and acting for private equity funds in national and cross-border M&A. Kyle earned a combined HBA/JD from Ivey Business School and the University of Western Ontario Faculty of Law in 2014, and an MBA from Ivey Business School in 2016, and was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2015 and the Ontario bar in 2021. Kyle serves as a trustee of Crombie Real Estate Investment Trust, a TSX-listed REIT, and as a director of the Canadian TANGO2 Rare Disease Foundation.
