About Delani
Delani Thiel maintains a diverse practice across all areas of tax law. She received her Bachelor of Commerce from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary in 2017 and her Juris Doctor from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2022, where she won the Nathalie Goyette Prize in Tax Law. Before joining Felesky Flynn, she worked as a Contracts Advisor in Calgary's oil and gas industry. She was called to the Alberta bar in 2023 and sits on the Canadian Tax Foundation's Young Practitioners' Steering Committee in Calgary.
