About Daniel

Daniel Babin has been an associate at Babin Bessner Spry since 2020, having first summered and articled there. He works on a range of complex commercial disputes, including securities litigation, contractual disagreements, shareholder and other oppression claims, director and officer liability, and class actions. He earned his J.D. from the University of Windsor and a B.A. in psychology from Bishop's University, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2020.
