About Dan

Dan Parlow represents investors, property owners, financial institutions, entrepreneurs, estates and trusts, beneficiaries, professionals, and high-tech businesses, resolving disputes involving investments, business assets, shareholder interests, commercial property, and estate matters. He co-founded an e-commerce venture in 2004 and serves as Board Chair of Operation Eyesight Universal, an international development organization working to eliminate avoidable blindness, and Board Chair of Arthritis Research Canada. He has served on the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia Board of Governors and is a frequent writer, organizer, and speaker at legal education conferences. He attended Osgoode Hall Law School and studied at the Universite de Montreal and the University of Western Ontario as an undergraduate, and was called to the bar in Alberta in 1986 and British Columbia in 1991. He is recognized as a Benchmark Litigation Star (2025) and by Best Lawyers in Canada.
