David also oversees the firm's legal precedents and website content and contributes to firm publications. His background includes domestic and cross-border capital markets work spanning public and private M&A, various types of corporate finance transactions, corporate restructurings, private equity, strategic investments, and complex joint venture arrangements across the real estate, mining, technology, and financial services sectors. He has represented issuers and underwriters in public offerings and TSX listings, along with structured product offerings, and has written extensively on M&A and securities law subjects. David has also taught advanced securities regulation at law schools in Ontario.
