About Dale

Dale T. Briggs is Counsel in Cox & Palmer's Moncton office. He was admitted to the New Brunswick bar in 1985 after completing his education at the University of New Brunswick. His practice covers corporate and commercial law, tax, commercial litigation, construction, real estate, employment and labour, estates and trusts, and transportation law. Dale has been recognized in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory as a leading practitioner in corporate tax, and has spoken at the Atlantic Provinces Tax Seminar on topics including expense deductibility and notices of objection. He has also been active in the Moncton community, including as legal counsel to the YMCA of Greater Moncton and past president of Codiac Soccer Inc.
